Program Structure
The internship runs in phases: orientation, project work, mentorship sessions, and final review. In the orientation phase, interns are introduced to tools, workflows, and project expectations. Next, you’ll join a team to work on a live or simulated project with weekly mentor check-ins and peer collaboration. Finally, each intern presents their completed work, demonstrating both technical ability and professional growth.
Upon successful completion, interns receive a WAOTECH Internship Certificate and may be shortlisted for job offers, referrals, or advanced training opportunities. The goal is not just to finish the internship — but to start your journey as a confident, employable tech professional ready to make a difference.
